STORIES STRATEGY

Asurion needed to connect with their audience on social better. Rachel and I created a strategy for their video and social team, along with a playbook for the Asurion experts who would participate, that would allow the experts to have personality while still delivering information that customers really wanted to know. We called it “Q&A” and it is extremely successful! With 40 videos made so far with average views of over 1500, our concept is driving more views and interaction than any other previous Asurion social posts.

I concepted and created Asurion’s gifs on instagram stories in tandem with the Q&A program for them or anyone to use in their stories.

I worked with my ACD to redesign and create Asurion’s Home+ Amazon page and A+ pages. Challenging to work within their interface and template system but we made it work!
